An underground parking garage beneath a mixed-use commercial development experienced widespread ceiling leaks caused by deteriorated concrete cracks and water infiltration from the upper parking deck. The moisture threatened reinforcing steel, electrical systems, and tenant access areas, requiring immediate structural waterproofing before additional deterioration occurred.
Our restoration specialists utilized pressure-injected polyurethane grout to stop active leaks throughout the structure, followed by structural epoxy injection in stabilized cracks to restore concrete continuity. The repair program successfully sealed water intrusion while extending the service life of the parking structure without requiring extensive concrete demolition.
